Tidy up file names
Renames report files to yyyy-mm-dd.pdf so they always sort correctly.
It understands the usual ways a date gets written — 3 AUG,
0308, AUG03, 03_08_2026,
MFPN Daily Table Aug03, even Hindi month names.
A bare 0308 is read as day first, so that is the 3rd of August.
Nothing is changed until you press Apply — check the preview first. Files whose date cannot be read are left alone.
Drive folders shown in the portal
Paste a Drive folder link (or just the folder ID). You can add as many folders as you like — they need not be related to each other. The portal shows only what is inside these folders; every other folder on your Drive stays invisible here, even one that is public.
Each folder must be shared with the service account email as a Viewer in Drive, otherwise it cannot be added.
The portal is open by default — anything not locked can be viewed and downloaded by anyone, without signing in. Putting a Lock on a folder makes it private: opening it then needs a sign-in, and only the users you allow in the "Access" tab can get in. Locking a folder covers everything inside it, including files added later.

Download PIN
Anyone can browse and view every file. This PIN is asked for only when downloading a file inside a locked folder.
Change admin PIN
Change the bootstrap PIN as soon as the portal is deployed.
Master PIN
A second PIN that also opens this admin panel, alongside the admin PIN. Keep it different from the download PIN — anyone who knows the download PIN would otherwise be able to sign in here too.
